The Embassy of Canada to Lebanon and the Issam Fares Institute for Public Policy and International Affairs organized a one day conference on refugees and social cohesion. The panel addressed the dangerous effects of an increasing xenophobic discourse and ways to fend off extremism through promoting social cohesion.
